WHO WE ARE / OUR PURPOSE

The Oak Bay Climate Force (OBCF) is a volunteer group that engages citizens in Oak Bay and collaborates with the District of Oak Bay to implement climate change solutions for the community to ensure a healthy environmental, social and economic future.

This group is for anyone who wants to help the Oak Bay Community respond to the most terrifying threat humanity has ever known: climate change. We recognize that it is our clear moral duty to help our community (and the world in general) mitigate and adapt to this oncoming disaster.

We understand that thousands of future generations will judge us by how we address this challenge now! Let us be able to look back on our lives and remember that we faced it courageously and decisively!
