Would it be possible for your climate action group to help WE-CAN with our work with a financial donation – whatever you can afford? We depend on donations in all our work to amplify, coordinate and support BC climate action groups. Without them, we’d have to shut up shop.

1: To donate by Interac e-transfer

a) Log into your online or mobile bank account and select “Send Interac@e-transfer”.
b) Choose or add “West Coast Climate Action Network”, email lily@westcoastclimateaction.ca as the recipient.
c) Enter the amount. Select submit. WE-CAN’s bank account is set up to accept auto deposits so a security question is not necessary.

2: To make an Internal Transfer

If your group banks with VanCity Credit Union or an affiliate you will not need to pay Interac service charges. After logging into your account and filling out the required fields in the “Transfer Money” menu, select “Another Member” as the recipient. You will be asked for our WE-CAN Relationship Number (#91334068) and our Account: “Business Chequing”. If you do this, please email Lily at Lily@westcoastclimateaction.ca to let her know.

3: To make a monthly donation

If your group would be willing to become one of “100 Friends of WE-CAN” by making a monthly donation using Interac e-transfer, select “Recurring Transfer”. Or to donate monthly by credit card, fill out the form on the right-hand side of the page.

4: To donate by cheque

To donate by cheque, mail a cheque payable to “West Coast Climate Action Network” to: WE-CAN, 407-6591 Lincroft Road, Sooke, BC V9Z 1M2
