Tuesday June 23rd, 6 pm Where’s the Bus? The Rural Transit Crisis in BC
We invite you to join us as we ask, “Where’s the bus?” For many people, it’s hard to get around BC by public transit. There’s a bewildering mix of public, private, health and community services, no integrated timetable, and often no service at all.

Join us as we ask the question: “What’s to be done?”, with first-hand accounts from Creston, Kitimat, Gabriola, and elsewhere, and experts who have spent years focused on the challenge.
|
Our speakers include frustrated rural residents, transit solutions people, and - we hope - two rural MLAs. We will be inviting every rural Mayor, Councillor and Regional Director in BC to attend.
