With the municipal elections just a few short weeks ago, we are happy to share this important message from Tracey Saxby of My Sea to Sky.
We’ve been working to update the Vote4Tomorrow Election tool, which will help community groups educate and engage with candidates, send a questionnaire to candidates, populate a report, and inform the public of each candidate’s position on climate and environmental policies.

On Thursday, August 20th, 3-4 pm, I’ll be sharing a sneak preview of the updated tool at WE-CAN Together’s meeting. Connect by zoom

On Thursday, August 27th, 6:30-8 pm, I’ll be giving the first of two trainings on how to use the Vote4Tomorrow tool.
|
|
On Tuesday, September 1st, 12 pm to 1:30 pm, I’ll be giving the second training on how to use the Vote4Tomorrow tool.
|
If you’re thinking about using the tool, start preparing by identifying 3-6 custom questions that your community group would want to ask your candidates.
|
This election will be critical, and I hope that this tool will make it as easy as possible for your organization to inform the public and get out the vote!
