📌 Tell Your MP: Don’t Gut Canada’s Environmental Laws (Please write)
|
From EcoJustice: The federal government has proposed dangerous changes to Canada’s environmental laws to fast-track major projects. These aren’t just “streamlining” reforms. They could allow the Cabinet to create environmental sacrifice zones across Canada, to guarantee the pre-approval of pipelines and other industrial projects. Tell the federal government: No “God Squad” powers deciding on species extinction! No fast-tracking projects without credible review and consultation! Send your letter here

From 350.org: Ahead of the July 1st deadline for another West Coast pipeline, we need to demonstrate public opposition to new pipelines and fossil fuel expansion.
