Valley Wise Exteriors is a Cowichan Valley based exterior cleaning service focused on redefining how homes are maintained in a rainforest environment. We use modern, science based methods to treat moss, algae, and buildup while educating homeowners on what’s normal in a wet coastal climate and what actually protects their property long term. We are BC Green Business certified and recognized as Surfrider Waterways Safe, using a proprietary, custom made treatment called Aether that has been verified as eco friendly. Our biodegradable, oxygen based approach avoids harmful chemical runoff, helping protect local soil, waterways, and surrounding ecosystems. As a small, locally operated business, we are challenging outdated bleach heavy practices and setting a new standard, one that respects the natural environment, protects the home, and works with the landscape instead of against it.
