Join us May 24, 2025, at 10:00 am for our AGM!
This is more than just a yearly formality — it’s a chance to connect, reflect, and help shape the direction of BC’s climate movement. Whether you’re a long-time member or newly involved, your voice and presence matter. At the AGM, we’ll share key updates, celebrate wins, vote on important decisions, and collaborate on the road ahead.
Let’s keep building this powerful network together!
We will also use the opportunity to mobilize to tackle BC’s top 3 climate alarms:
- The NDP government’s need to approve or not approve the Prince Rupert Gas Transmission pipeline for natural gas to serve the proposed LNG plant at Ksi Lisims;
- The NDP government’s wish to push Bills 14 and 15 through the Legislature NEXT WEEK, enabling the fast-tracking of regulatory approval for a host of projects, including LNG.
- That NDP government’s likely abandonment of its climate goals.
We will be joined by Dr. Doug Courtemanche from Doctors for Planetary Health, and Suzanne Senger from the Sunshine Coast Conservation Association, who will speak about Bills 14 and 15, and Guy Dauncey from WE-CAN, who will speak about the NDP’s vanishing climate goals. Then we will organize to mobilize, especially to pressure our MLAs.
