Letter Snippet: Dear Premier Eby and members of the NDP Caucus,

We are writing to urge you to withdraw Bills 14 and 15, enabling time for a reset that will safeguard our environment, our biodiversity, our climate progress, and First Nations consent from abuse by a future government that might not share the NDP’s values, and which might use the vagueness of the bills to fast-track all sorts of problematic projects.

We represent close to 300 member groups across BC, and we share our concerns with the First Nations Leadership Council, the Union of BC Municipalities, the Wilderness Committee, Ecojustice, Stand.earth, the BC Green Party, and hundreds of thousands of people who have become aware of what is in the bills.
