Complete communities, also known as urban villages or 15-walkable cities, are compact walkable neighborhoods where most services and activities are easy to reach without driving.

Our panelists were Christine Lintott – Victoria-based architect who practices community, building and product design across the province – and Todd Litman – founder and Executive Director of the Victoria Transport Policy Institute, an independent research organization dedicated to developing innovative solutions to transport problems. Our MC, Dean Murdock, is a former three-term municipal councillor (District of Saanich) and regional district board director (Capital Regional District).
